When using the website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified.

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser.

If you contact us by email, your details from the email, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. The use of cookies, the logging of access in server log files, Google Web Fonts and the use of YouTube are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

1. d) Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data:
If you contact us by e-mail, the data will be processed by employees of innovatherm GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as innovatherm). Should it be necessary for another company in our group of companies, a supplier or subcontractor to take action in this matter, we will only pass on the data to these companies with your consent. No other transfer will take place.

e) Transfer of data to third countries or to international organisations:

No data will be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

(2) a) Duration of the storage of personal data or criteria for determining the duration:

The personal data entered by you in the email will remain with us until you request us to delete them, revoke your consent to their storage, or until the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Processing according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and c DSGVO as well as other mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

b) Rights of the data subject vis-à-vis persons responsible:

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address indicated at the responsible office (1) a) for this and other questions on the subject of personal data.
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.

c) Revocation of consent

If the processing of personal data or special categories of personal data is based solely on consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO), consent may be revoked at any time. You send the revocation of the consent informally by email to office(at)innovatherm.com. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

d) Right of appeal to a supervisory authority:

In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based.

e) Obligation to provide personal data

When using the website, personal data is only collected and processed in accordance with (1) (c). The user of the website has no further obligation to provide personal data.

f) Automated decision making including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 Para. 1 and 4 DSGVO

Such procedures are not used with the personal data collected here.

(3) Change of purpose of the processing of personal data:

If innovatherm intends to use the personal data collected with the website for another purpose, innovatherm will make the other purpose and the relevant information according to Art. 13 DSGVO available to the data subject before further processing.

(4) Other information of the data subjects:

We comply with the users of our website in the data protection declaration with all the information required pursuant to paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Art. 13 para. DSGVO, irrespective of whether the persons concerned already have access to this information from other sources.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, amount of data sent and the anonymous IP address. Due to anonymisation, no personal reference can be established. The data collected is only used for statistical evaluations, to improve the website and to detect errors with the website. innovatherm reserves the right, however, to check the server log files subsequently if there are concrete indications of illegal use. These data from the server log files are not merged with other data sources. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Data transmission on the Internet

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. Even if both sender and recipient are located in the same country, information sent via the Internet can be sent across international borders to a country with a lower level of data protection than the country of residence. We assume no responsibility or liability for the security of the information during the transfer to innovatherm via the Internet. If you consider it appropriate that the confidentiality of your data is secured, you can also choose another way of communication with innovatherm.

Objection to advertising mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.
